This is where we answer the most common questions our prospective customers might have.

Is there a minimum booking time?

We take jobs 2,5 hours minimum with exception of oven cleaning if it is booked separately.

What types of payment are accepted?

You can pay either by cash or via bank transfer - whichever is more convenient for you. You can request an invoice or cash receipt.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions.

Do I have to provide cleaning products?

Only for Regular cleaning service. Our cleaners use public transport and it is not convenient for them to carry cleaning products and equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes we need a raincheck. Just let us know at least 24

hours in advance and we will be more than happy to reschedule.

Do you wash windows?

Of course! We wash windows from the inside. As for outside, we only wash windows that can be accessed by our 3-step ladder due to Health & Safety reasons.
